Rackley W.A.R., Kevin Harvick, Inc. Enter Partnership for 2025 Season

Rackley WAR will be moving its entire operation from Tennessee to North Carolina during the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series off-season, the organization confirmed on Wednesday.
The organization will be moving into the GMS Fabrication Building in Statesville, North Carolina, which offers expanded workspace to improve efficiency in the shop day-to-day.
A move to North Carolina also puts Rackley WAR closer to its resources and partners, including chassis builders and parts suppliers for not only its NASCAR Truck Series program but also its Late Model program.
The move will also put the organization closer to the General Motors Technical Center in Charlotte, allowing for a stronger connection to an already established relationship with Chevrolet, which will support quicker turnaround times for communication and updates.
When the team first entered the Truck Series it partnered with GMS Racing, which aided in engineering and fabrication. That support and partnership with GMS and President Mike Bean have provided the guidance and support needed for the move.
“Our move to Statesville is an exciting step in Rackley W.A.R.’s journey,” co-owners Willie Allen and Curtis Sutton said in a joint statement from team headquarters near Nashville. “This new location will enhance our capabilities and resources as we continue building a competitive edge in NASCAR as well as our Pro and Super Late Model driver development program. Additionally, this transition allows us to grow a stronger team culture and attract top-tier talent, further solidifying our commitment to performance in every aspect of our racing program.
“We’re committed to delivering our best, and this move positions us perfectly to achieve that vision together.”
Founded as Willie Allen Racing in 2008, the organization expanded into the NASCAR Truck Series when Rackley Roofing president Curtis Sutton joined forces with Allen in 2020.
Dawson Sutton, son of team co-owner Curtis Sutton, will run full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2025. The team will also have a partnership with Kevin Harvick, Inc. for next season with indications that Kevin and Keelan Harvick will participate in Late Model events with the team.
The company will maintain its W.A.R. Shocks operation in Centerville, Tennessee. Additional updates and information will be forthcoming as the company makes progress.
